It exhibits high thermal conductivity and insulation, withstanding temperatures up to 180 ºC, and offers qualities like flexibility, conformability, and exceptional adhesion. It covers a broad temperature spectrum and can fill in uneven surfaces, ensuring tighter integration of thermal components with heat dissipation fins and rapid heat dissipation. It is frequently applied in securing IC heat sinks, bonding LED heat sinks to aluminum, and in the printing industry.
