This Acrylic tape is a double-sided foam adhesive made of polyacrylate, produced using unique solvent-free manufacturing technology. The foam core material and surface adhesive are all composed of polyacrylate viscoelastic materials, with a 100% fully closed cell structure that prevents water and air from passing through. The biggest difference from ordinary tape is that it does not apply adhesive on both sides of the foam core material, so it is also vividly called "solid glue".
It has the effect of waterproof, shock absorption, heat resistance, sound insulation, strong adhesion,good weather resistance, easy die cutting, and good adhesion to plastic, metal, wood, paper andorganosilicon surfaces which are not easy to adhere.
lt has good durability in high and low temperatureenvironment and excellent adhesion to high surface energy and ground energy materials.
The peelingstrength, initial viscosity and shear strength are well balanced, chemical solvent resistance, moistureresistance and ultraviolet resistance are good.
